Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile glassware and home decor are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
